The running shoes which could suit your casual wear, Adidas ALPHABOUNCE, is more than just looking good. When you talk about running shoes, the top priority would be how well it could perform on the road, how comfortable it is for a long run, and how long it could last. In this model, you can see that there is a plenty amount of this Bounce Cushioning.

The Adidas’ Bounce technology has been admitted to have excellent performance for the long run and provide comfort for the wearers. And this model includes a big Bounce cushion, so you would be able to tell already that comfort is out of questions, plus, the design makes this shoe able to fit in your casual style.

Judging from the outsole, there might be nothing much to discuss. It is made of standard rubber and people have known already that this material is quite durable than the rest of the parts. You can also tell that the patterns is not quite powerful enough for winter runs outdoor or a trail. The midsole, however, is made with the properties of Bounce cushioning. It has been proven that this materials could preserve a lot of energy which is why most runner choose this one over the others. But after using it for a while, you can feel that the cushioning is a little stiff. It means that before it could release a full cushioning potential, it needs a break slightly.

The upper part of this shoe is made from the forged mesh material, very lightweight and breathable. Besides you could conserve energy with less weight, you won’t feel much heat from running a long course. The other interesting pint is, this shoe has an attached tongue for a pull tab and heel pull tab. With the help of these parts, you could easily put the shoes on and off.

However, the shoe’s laces are too long for the size. Some users have to complain about the length because they often worried the lace might be undone while running. Observing from the width of the toe box, some runners with wide feet could feel discomfort while wearing this. The size is rather small and it feels too tight to be comfortable enough.

Anyways, for a trainer that weighs 11 oz for men and 10 oz for women, you could hardly argue that this is one of the lightest trainers available. With this much of weigh, surely you could use the Adidas ALPHABOUNCE for either casual wear or daily training.
